Board Authority and Policies

Trees and Views

On September 25, 2017, the Board of Directors determined that the CC&R’s clearly address our responsibilities as homeowners to maintain our yards, including our trees. Therefore there is no official HOA policy to supplement the CC&Rs on Trees and Views.

Board Meetings

The Lacamas Shores HOA Board meets monthly on the third Thursday of each month. The meeting locations and start times are scheduled in advance and are communicated via email notification to all Homeowners. All Homeowners are invited to attend and input on agenda items and general comments are welcome.

Board Meeting Minutes

Each Board meeting, minutes are taken to reflect meeting decorum, discussions, and resolutions. Minutes are posted in each Homeowners private site at Association Management Services NW.
