DESCRIPTION:Dear Homeowners\,\nThis is a follow-up to the Notice of Reconv
 ened Special Meeting issued on May 27\, 2025. As outlined in that notice
 \, the original Special Meeting scheduled for May 16\, 2025\, was not able
  to be called to order due to a lack of quorum.\nIn accordance with the go
 verning documents\, the meeting has been adjourned and is now rescheduled 
 as follows:\nReconvened Special Meeting Details:\nDate: Thursday\, June 2
 6\, 2025\nTime: 6:00 PM\nLocation: Camas Fire Station 42\n4321 NW Parker
  Street\, Camas\, WA 98607\nThe purpose of this meeting is to vote on Reso
 lution 2025-004\, which proposes:\n\n\n 	A one-time special assessment of 
 $700.00 per lot\, due by September 1\, 2025\n 	An annual assessment increa
 se of $477.00 per lot\, increasing dues from $623.00 to $1\,100.00 per lot
 \, effective January 1\, 2026\n\nAs this is a reconvened meeting\, the qu
 orum requirement is reduced to 30% of the total membership. All previously
  submitted proxies and ballots remain valid unless changed or revoked in w
 riting prior to the meeting.\nFollowing the vote\, the Board of Directors 
 will convene a Regular Board Meeting to address scheduled Association busi
