From securing your gate card and joining the Canoe and Kayak Club, to understanding parking permits and annual fees, here’s everything you need to know to make the most of your new neighborhood.

Some of the most commonly requested contacts are:  

WELCOME:  If you’d like to receive a casual friendly “Lacamas Shores Welcome”, please contact Rita at Welcome@LacamasShoresHOA.org.  Rita will contact you to give you useful information about Camas, Clark County, Washington, and the Portland metro area, as well as regional brochures for businesses, attractions, and the community.

GATE CARD AND BATHROOM KEY:  You’ll need this for access to the homeowners’ boat launch, picnic and park area with rest rooms.  Contact our management company Association Management Services NW via the Contact Us Form.

CANOE AND KAYAK RECREATION CLUB: This club has canoes, kayaks, life vests, paddles, paddleboards, etc. for use by LS Homeowners.  Contact John Ulmer at Commodore@LacamasShoresHOA.org. 

BOAT TRAILER PARKING PERMIT: A boat trailer parking sticker is required for parking in the boat launch area at Meadowlands Park.  Contact Rob Bernardi at Trailerpermit@LacamasShoresHOA.org. 

COMMON AREA EVENTS:  To let other neighbors know that you will be using the common area by the Lake for private parties, please contact Association Management Services NW via the Contact Us Form.

Annual Meeting and Dues

The Annual Homeowners’ Association’s Members Meeting is scheduled in the Spring of each year. Your presence (either in person or via proxy form) is needed to make quorum and we hope you will make every effort to attend.

Annual homeowners’ dues invoices are mailed January 2nd and are due January 31st.

HOA financial document requests should be sent to Association Management Services NW via the Contact Us Form.
