Dear Homeowners,
This is a follow-up to the Notice of Reconvened Special Meeting issued on May 27, 2025. As outlined in that notice, the original Special Meeting scheduled for May 16, 2025, was not able to be called to order due to a lack of quorum.
In accordance with the governing documents, the meeting has been adjourned and is now rescheduled as follows:

The purpose of this meeting is to vote on Resolution 2025-004, which proposes:
- A one-time special assessment of $700.00 per lot, due by September 1, 2025
- An annual assessment increase of $477.00 per lot, increasing dues from $623.00 to $1,100.00 per lot, effective January 1, 2026
As this is a reconvened meeting, the quorum requirement is reduced to 30% of the total membership. All previously submitted proxies and ballots remain valid unless changed or revoked in writing prior to the meeting.
Following the vote, the Board of Directors will convene a Regular Board Meeting to address scheduled Association business.
